Random Ramblings of 8/11

Sometimes when I'm drawing something strange or controversial I get really conscious of people walking behind me and potentially seeing my screen. I don't know why. No, rather, I can't decide on a reason.

Is it shame? Or perhaps is it the fact that I'm exhausted with their likely intolerance for subject matter that isn't PG and PC? It feels like the former is a product of the latter.

I don't set out to shock people who don't want to be shocked. On the other hand, I don't think anything I draw is particularly shocking, anyway. But in this episode of Desperate Housewives suburbia, perhaps an orc babe with spiked nips is a bit unorthodox.

But, then again, so is walking around in your panties, singing  If I Only Had A Brain.
